铁碳+Fenton氧化法应用于制革废水的工程实例

摘 要: 目前,制革废水的传统处理工艺以气浮或混凝沉降结合生物处理为主,处理出水可以达到GB31/199-1997《上海市污水综合排放标准》中的三级标准,但是在排放标准更高的地区,皮革废水的传统处理工艺则无法实现达标排放。本项目处理废水为上海某制革厂的废水,采用铁碳法处理后投加双氧水进行fenton氧化法作为预处理工艺;A/O工艺和SBR法作为生物处理工艺,最终出水稳定在CODCr=85mg/L、NH3-N=12mg/L左右,达到《上海市污水综合排放标准》(DB31/199-1997)二级标准。

Abstract:The tannery wastewater is traditionally processed by flotation or flocculants, together with biological treatment. The water after treatment could match with the secondary emission standard in GB31/199-1997. But it is not available under more strict standards. The project aims at tannery wastewater in shanghai. Fe/C methed is used in the tannery wastewater as the pretreating, followed with Fenton reaction by H2O2. Oxidation, A/O and SBR technical are introduced as the biological parts. Finally, both of COD and NH3-N can meet with the emission standard in DB31/199-1997
